Visit
the house
A Victorian Reflection is a stately 1881 Victorian home with five
guest rooms, a screen porch and garden. We are situated in the
centre of Westport, with boutiques and services at our doorstep, a block
from the public docks on the Rideau Canal and Upper Rideau Lake, and a few minutes from golf, fishing,
and other recreation and cultural activities.
This home was originally built in 1881 for
Dr. Berry, a medical doctor, who practiced in the home until 1916. Dr.
Wesley Stevens bought the home in 1917, where he practiced dentistry until
retirement. The house has been operated as a Bed & Breakfast since Grace
Eleanor Fielding purchased the home in the 1990's and opened the Fielding
House B&B. Since then, it is known as "A Victorian Reflection".
